Optimus Dental Supply is a fast-growing value-added dental supply company located in Grimes, Iowa. We distribute dental and medical products to dental clinics and other clients need medical supplies across country.
Optimus Dental Supply is seeking qualified candidate for eCommerce Specialist position working in our Grimes, IA location or remote locations. The role will be using eCommerce channels to market our products, increase our market presents and deliver accelerated growth.
As eCommerce lead, you will be working with Optimus Dental Supply product management, sales, purchasing, and marketing. You will be responsible for managing our top eCommerce accounts (Amazon, eBay and Net32, etc.) while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
You are a people person while also very comfortable with numbers and computers. You will be analyzing our eCommerce margins and performance.
You will work closely with our general manager who will train you on this role and help you grow into an eCommerce and dental product expert. Your ambition and independence will allow you to develop into a team lead/manager.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain our product catalog on our various eCommerce partners.
- Develop pricing and promotion strategies.
- Live monitoring product competitiveness in the market.
- Manage customer service to answer product questions, assess claims, etc.
- Evaluate and develop partnerships with our eCommerce retailers including fulfillment programs, etc.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of our current product catalog and new products.

- 1-3 years experience in the medical product, dental product and/or eCommerce.
- Comfort with Excel, numbers.
- Experience with Google Shopping, Adwords and SEO are strong plus
