Optimus Dental Supply is seeking qualified candidate for eCommerce marketing position working in our Grimes, IA location or remote locations. The role will be using digital channels to market our products, increase our market presents and deliver accelerated growth. The individual will be responsible for leading all aspects of eCommerce market from the strategy to the day-to-day operations across awareness, traffic, conversion and retention. Initiative, energy entrepreneurship, execution and the ability to work across functions and third-parties are critical to success.
Key functions:
- Drive all B2C type eCommerce marketing and promotional campaigns to efficiently from strategy and planning to execution; including but not limited to email / mail communications, SEO / SEM, and on-website promotions.
- Hands-on experience building an eCommerce business by executing high ROI and leading edge marketing techniques, and strong cross-channel business.
- Develop and maintain media packet and work with vendors to develop joint marketing activities.
- Marketing related eCommerce analytic (traffic, conversion, etc.) to evaluate eCommerce performance.
- Cost-effectively create and execute segmentation and target marketing to push and present our product lines to customer groups.
- Be a thoughtful roll working closely with other teams to drive sales growth.
- Continuously monitor cutting edge eCommerce marketing techniques to continuously improvement.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with very strong understanding of web analytics, marketing analytics & ROI. Creative problem solver.
- Proficient in using productivity and creative software.
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills.
- Bachelor degree in marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing, B2C or eCommerce. Medical product marketing is preferred.
